Broker/Owner Paul Dinkel was previously associated with RE/MAX of Valencia before starting Summit Real Estate Group. Summit Real Estate Group was formed to provide seamless service to past and new clients in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties while expanding business into Orange and San Diego Counties.
Paul brings over 25 years of real estate sales experience in Southern California and has consistently been in the top 1% of Realtors in the USA, and has earned the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum and Hall of Fame awards. Paul and his team have successfully closed over 1,000 real estate transactions and counting.
Prior to commencing his real estate career in 1995, Paul graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. Civil Engineering degree and MBA graduate courses and has worked for major corporations including Allstate, Loan Depot, Peter Kiewit Sons, FMC Corporation and Texaco/Chevron in marketing, lending, insurance, sales and project development management positions. Paul is a Veteran and served honorably in the U.S. Army National Guard. Paul has experience in all markets, including over 150 REO and short sales and has completed over 2,500 Broker Price Opinion (BPO) evaluations determining accurate property values thru out Southern California. Paul has also managed a network of professional, licensed and bonded contractors, providing turnkey maintenance, repair, rehab services and these resources are available for all client and investor needs. Paul and Tracy have been married since 1990 and lived in the Santa Clarita Valley prior to relocating to Orange County.
